The Brief

Ford of Europe came to us to help them launch the toughest, highest-performing version of Europe’s best-selling pick-up, the Ford Ranger Raptor. Our brief was to create a dramatic stage for the journalists on the rugged terrains of Essaouira, Morocco. Our mission was to ensure they went home with a bag full of exciting, unique shareable content and huge grins on their faces.

The Work

On the northern coast of Africa, we hosted 360+ media and influencers who were invited to ‘Unleash the Raptor’ on the ultimate off-road course of rock crawls, sand dunes and even sand jumps. From the moment they landed, we ensured the guests stepped into a cinematic world of burst cages, dinosaur sculptures, slick branding and playful details. This daring playground made even the toughest journalist crack a smile— we know, we caught it all on camera!

Along with a vast bank of beautiful B-Roll, sweeping drone vistas and breathtaking action shots, we produced an edit of bespoke personal minicam footage for each guest to take home.

The Impact

The media were blown away. One told our Ford team that this was “one of, if not THE, best media drive events” they’ve ever been to, another called it “an unforgettable driving experience”. They were equally impressed with the car itself, awarding it ratings of 10/10 and writing articles that deemed it “indestructible” and “impressive on all fronts”.
