As the founder of Foxtrot Papa, Matthew is responsible for keeping the agency at the forefront of market trends, insight and innovation. As a former journalist, publisher and broadcaster, he cultivates an environment where creativity and curiosity can thrive to ensure that every client receives the quality content and commitment that are the hallmarks of the agency.

Dan Gregson

Managing Director
Dan Gregson

Dan brings energy, passion and insight to helping businesses and people really thrive. Ultimately, he leads the vision of the agency, developing its product offering and building deeper relationships with clients, to support their growth. Before joining Foxtrot Papa, Dan was Managing Director at award-winning creative agency, BMB, and has 15 years of industry experience working with brands such as Carling, Adidas, Ikea and Thomson Holidays.

James Moore

Chief Operating Officer
James Moore

Founding Partner James is responsible for driving the commercial and operational success of Foxtrot Papa. With 25 years’ experience in the print and creative industries, James has a proven record of increasing productivity and cost savings within creative organisations such as Getty Images and, through his own consultancy firm, clients such as Pentagram and Goldman Sachs.

Ryan McNamara

Deputy Managing Director

As Deputy Managing Director, Ryan leads the Client Services Team, responsible for understanding our clients’ needs and shaping our offerings accordingly. During his 10 years in the industry, Ryan’s worked at agencies including DDB & Tribal Amsterdam, and VML London. On a campaign level, Ryan’s led the development of ‘First is Faster’ for adidas Football and ‘Champion the Match’ for Heineken. When Ryan isn’t expounding the benefits of proper ale, he’s winning IPM awards and new business.

Laura-Jane Walker

Laura-Jane Walker

Laura-Jane is the oil in the company engine. Unflappable by nature, she works closely with all internal stakeholders and manages the agency’s delivery capabilities to ensure creative and commercial success. With over ten years’ experience in agencyland, across an exciting portfolio of clients including BMW, Now TV, EE, Volkswagen and RNLI, her roles have included Project Director at advertising agency WCRS, and Head of Production at Proximity London.

Louise Allen

Louise Allen

Louise turns creative visions into reality. A super-organised lead producer, she is the crucial link between creativity and logistics, ultimately bringing ideas to life on time and on budget. Louise is always seeking out new talent – whether for photography, film or CGI – and keeps abreast of the latest innovations in her field. She is particularly passionate about bringing together small, agile and tight-knit ‘super crews’ that produce top quality work with efficiency and a creative flair.

Hannah leads the strategic marketing and PR agenda at Foxtrot Papa to raise the profile of the agency and drive business growth. Her experience spans brand, advertising and media agency roles, including Head of Marketing at OMD UK, where she brought global fame to the agency with proprietary research initiative, the Future of Britain. More recently as an independent coach and consultant, she has helped ambitious start-ups and individuals find clarity, purpose and empower positive change.
